How AI is changing the role of telco-to-telco services
Tom Loozen, Managing Partner for Telco+ at NCS, was featured on TM Forum's Inside Out podcast, where he discussed how AI is shaping digital transformation in the telco sector. He gave a brief overview of the NCS business across its three SBGs, Gov+, Enterprise, and Telco+. He outlined NCS' drive to become the region’s top tech services provider, with strategic expansions into China and Australia, and delivery centres in India and Vietnam. Tom also discussed NCS' leadership in AI and the recent joint venture with Globe to serve local clients in the telco sector within the Philippines.
Tom detailed the unique position of NCS and its portfolio, operating independently from Singtel while collaborating closely with Optus and Globe, to offer both scale and agility.
